If you have seen a property you would like:

Simply contact us and we will email you a Tenant Application Form.
Once we have received your details we may ask for a reference from your landlord/agent and employer.

If you are working part time or you are a student:

You will need to provide us with a Guarantor (A UK citizen, living in the UK who will guarantee your rent for the lease period). If a guarantor cannot be provided we will require six months rent in advance.

On approval of all applications we ask you to pay a deposit in order to reserve the property.
