  • Smoke Alarms Fitted
  • EICR Checks (Electrical system checks on all HMO properties)
  • Fire Safety Checks (On all HMO properties)
  • PAT Checks (Electrical appliance testing in all HMO properties)

Strict compliance with the Repairing Standard can also be assured which guarantees the proper functioning of all household amenities providing you with a pleasant and comfortable environment to live in.

Moving into one of our properties couldn’t be easier as we will contact the utility companies and the council on your behalf to arrange a transfer of bills into your name. Full instructions on household appliances will be provided for you and demonstrations given if required.
